- Is there a free trial?
- No, but you can look before you pay. A new workspace can create one project, run one 25-page crawl and connect Search Console. Page writing and full crawls start after checkout.
- What does a refund do?
- It ends your subscription. You can ask for one within 14 days of your first paid charge, once per customer. The Refund Policy has the full terms.
- What is Founding 50, exactly?
- Pro on the yearly plan at $195/yr instead of $390/yr. It is not a lifetime deal: cancel and resubscribe later, and you pay the price of that day. A refunded Founding 50 purchase does not return its spot.
- Is there a per-seat charge?
- No. Pro includes 5 seats and Custom includes 25. Adding a member within that limit costs nothing.
- Do I need a WebSite Auditor license?
- No. The Page editor and your crawl work without it. With WebSite Auditor, either plan can import its Site Audit (details) export, rather than the summary, to compare with your crawl. Custom also includes a WebSite Auditor audit of each client site once a year, on our own license.
- Can I use my own Anthropic key?
- Yes, on both plans. Add it on the Integrations page under Settings, and AI work runs on your key instead of the included budget. Keyword data always comes from DataForSEO on our account.
- Does CrawlSpec change my site?
- No. Your crawl and the Free Scan only read your pages. You take approved pages out as Markdown, or your app pulls them through the kit (beta). CrawlSpec never gets write access to your repo or your site.
- Will my pages get indexed?
- We cannot promise that. Whether a page is indexed is Google's decision. CrawlSpec shows which pages Google is passing over and helps you rewrite them from your own data.
