- No. You create an account first, and the workspace opens right after checkout. This is what keeps the platform AI and DataForSEO budgets real numbers instead of a shared pool a trial account could drain.
- What does a refund do?
- A refund ends the subscription in the same step, and applies once per customer within 14 days of your first paid charge. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
- What is Founding 50, exactly?
- The first 50 workspaces to subscribe on the yearly Pro price pay $195/yr instead of $390/yr - 50% off, locked in for as long as the subscription stays active. It is not a lifetime deal: cancel and resubscribe later and you pay the then-current price. Refunding a Founding 50 purchase does not return the slot to the pool.
- Is there a per-seat charge?
- No. Pro includes 5 seats and Custom includes 25; adding a member within that limit costs nothing extra.
- Do I need a WebSite Auditor licence?
- No. Import your own WebSite Auditor Site Audit (details) export - the detailed report, not the summary - and we reconcile it against a live crawl, category by category - that holds on either plan. The licence itself is sold only inside Custom: One calibrated WebSite Auditor audit per client site per year, run by us on our licence.
- Can I use my own Anthropic key?
- Yes, on both plans. Add it in Settings, Integrations to bypass the platform AI budget entirely - useful if a project runs heavier brief and keyword-labeling volume than the included budget covers. DataForSEO is a platform-only credential; there is no bring-your-own option for it.
